PAUL THOMAS
Elite Dog Services provides expert advice on Drug hazards management and advice on employment policy procedure and protocol for organisations of any size (from one staff member plus).
Paul has a wealth of knowledge in relation to the drug culture gained while as a Police Officer. Over the last ten (10) years Paul has worked on a daily basis in this area assisting organisations to educate, train, manage and deal with the drug issues facing their employees as well as protecting their businesses.
Paul is an accredited NZQA assessor for drug and alcohol units, which he jointly developed with Peter Archer and the NZITO.

PETER ARCHER Risk Managaement Group
Peter has spent fourteen years in the commercial environment having formed his own company ' Risk Management' grows. His company specialised in investigations and providing risk management solutions to the commercial environment. Those services have now been merged into Risk Management Group Limited.
Peter is a former Detective having served thirteen years specialising in the criminal intelligence and threat assessment areas.
In 1996 he qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner, (CFE), an international organisation based in the United States of America.

JIM LEGGETT
Jim has been involved in Food and Manufacturing industries for over 30 years holding various management positions such as Technical Manager, Manufacturing Chemist, Quality Manager and Laboratory Manager.
In these roles he has always been actively involved in Health and Safety and conducted many Health and Safety, Quality and Safety audits. For the last 7 years he has been a moderator for NZITO covering Dairy, Health and Safety, Quality and management units for both pre and post moderation.
Jim has also managed a Private Training establishment and worked for an Industry Training organisation so am very familiar with the New Zealand Qualification Framework and New Zealand Qualifications authority.
He has been a trainer for the last 3 years and his specialist areas cover, Health and Safety, First Line Management, Quality Management, Laboratory and core skills.
He holds qualifications in Chemist, Adult Education, Occupational Health and Safety Co-ordination and am currently completing a Certificate in Adult Literacy Education.
He enjoy's equipping people and can tailor any of our course to fit your requirements.

DARREN MORTON
Darren has over 26 years security experience incorporating 16 years in the NZ Police and 11 years in the corporate sector.
While in the police, Darren was a Qualified Detective in the CIB as well as serving on the Armed Offenders Squad, Special Tactics Group and the VIP Protection Squad. While on the VIP Squad he provided personal security planning and provision for two NZ Prime Ministers as well as Royalty and foreign Heads of State.
On leaving the Police Darren established the Executive Security Group and now provides a wide range of services including Close Protection Personnel, Corporate Security, Risk Assessments, Security Reviews, Corporate Security Training and Security Operations Planning and Management. He has provided his services in countries that include Greece, China, Egypt, Monaco, Singapore, Yemen, Kenya, Oman, Australia and New Zealand.

RON VAN DILLEN
51 years old, 20 years in Auckland, 14 with the New Zealand Police, now living in New Plymouth Taranaki.
Ron has experience with the Police include Uniform Branch and CIB Crime Squad, also a member of the Auckland Armed Offenders Squad.
Since living in New Plymouth he set up A House for Karen charity, a resort / home for people suffering with Cancer to spend time with family and friends.
Ron is also a Crewman with the Taranaki Rescue Helicopter Trust.
He has 2 wonderful daughters aged 17 and 11 of which I provide a fantastic taxi service to them both.

JOSH TE KAAT
Josh te Kaat is Director of JTK Risk Solutions which specializes in providing operational and compliance risk management advice to New Zealand companies.
Having completed a science degree from Canterbury University, Josh spent 18 years in the law enforcement environment. A post-graduate degree in Business, helped Josh refocused his career in the private sector specializing in risk management advice and systems. He has almost completed his masters degree in risk management from Monash University in Australia.
Josh has worked with a number of large corporations within New Zealand including Ngai Tahu Holdings Corporation, PGG Wrightsons, Elders Primary Wool, The Wool Industry Network, Sealord, Moana Pacific Seafoods, International Accreditation New Zealand and Landcare Research.

DAVID MACPHERSON
David is 35 years of age, with a wife Bex and daughter Remy.
He moved across to New Zealand from Sydney in 2009, and worked as After Hours caretaker for Ronald McDonald House Randwick for 2 years. David was a councillor, mentor and a friend to the children and parents who were experiencing the stress and unknowing of having a child going through a serious illness & brought whatever they needed at the time.
David has had experience in conflict resolution, councilling and presentations.
He has said he is "confident that our product can deliver results in New Zealand and have a positive effect both in the workplace and in the wider community".

Graham has been involved in the security Industry and related services for the past 27 years, where he gained extensive experience in both New Zealand and abroad, in London Hungary and Belgium. Graham has had 6 years experience as National Manager of Group 4 International ( NZ Ltd ) a wholly owned subsidiary of the World’s largest privately owned security Group.
His qualifications include; Certified Quality Management Systems, Internal Audit Training and ISO 9001 Certification Process.
Graham currently owns and operates a medium sized security company in Auckland. As a core business he provides Guard services, corporate VIP Protection and specialist events management as well as consultation and legal process services.
